Former Grant Recipient Wins BroadwayWorld Chicago Award

The foundation extends congratulations to Adam Pasen, whose play Tea with Edie and Fitz won BroadwayWorld Chicago’s Best New Work award for 2013.

A 2011 production grant from the foundation enabled the first production of the play, which centers on a meeting for tea between Edith Wharton and F. Scott Fitzgerald during the 1920s and explores the sexual anxieties and ambiguities of both Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald, as well as Wharton’s mentor, Henry James.
